Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using FeedPilot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Lifetime access license
The founder's plan grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use FeedPilot for the lifetime of the product, subject to these terms. 'Lifetime' refers to the operational lifetime of the FeedPilot service.
Founder pricing and license cap
Founder pricing ($67 one-time) is limited to the first 50 licenses. After the cap is reached, standard pricing ($497) applies. Pricing and availability may change for future customers.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use FeedPilot for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or spammy activity, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service or its infrastructure.
Third-party platform compliance
You are responsible for ensuring your use of FeedPilot complies with the terms, policies, and automation rules of any connected platform (including Threads and Meta). You use connected platforms at your own risk.
Refunds and guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, contact support for a full refund as described on our pricing page.
Limitation of liability
FeedPilot is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for outcomes such as follower growth, engagement, or revenue.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
